There does seem to be an unhealthy preoccupation with self-imagery these days.
I look in the mirror once a day at most - when I shave. After that, I never give a rat's behind what I look like at any given moment in time.
I must be out of the techno loop.

The 2.5% cortizone helps, but the cold beer helps even more, ahhhhhhhhhhh. Got it at Mt. Woodson so it's climbing related.

Is that your concept 2 erg? Since you are gimpy have you tried the skierg? It's a crusher of a workout and less leg dependent than the rower. Put both machines together and you can ditch everything but pushups and have a well rounded workout.
