Absolutely, positively stunning photography, but don't you hate the term selfie.....along with, bitd, at the end of the day, skill set etc.

equally as impressive is making haffner, an always beat out outdoor jungle gym surrounded by burnt trees, look almost natural and quite beautiful... haha.

I never would've thought of taking selfies like these, 'cuz at the end of the day, bitd, my skill set was much more limited.
Awesome...truly! Thanks for posting these!

Gotta love the Canadian Rockies. Beautiful photos, though I don't think
I would call any of them 'selfies'.
Thanks for the link Anita.

Cool photos for sure!
I always wondered what ATM stood for, I always thought it was automated teller machine but heard once it means something else. Thanks Locker for clarifying.
+1 on selfie being a dumb word.

I also hate "selfie", "viral", and "hashtag".
WTF is a hashtag??

Yeah, 'selfie' is kinda annoying.
But then again, I'm getting old, and lots of these colloquialisms seem to annoy me these days.

Beautiful Photoshopped photos...which could have been incredibly beautiful (possibly not Photoshopped) photos had Mr. Zizka abstained from the need to put his selfie in each and every one of them.
I liked some of them...but most were rather detracting from the natural beauty of the world he was photographing.

No ducklips, no selfie.
Those are self portraits.

Agreed, those aren't selfies.
If that word makes it into Webster (very possible) it will require the user to have their camera in their own hand at the time of the picture. Those are timer delayed self portraits.

Wow, those are spectacular. If you filled a book with them they'd get old in a hurry, but as first impressions they look fresh.

hashtag is easy.
# is a hash (in programming an associative array)
adding it to a word tags it.
on facebook if you hashtag a word it essentially becomes meta data. if you click on the hashtag you see all the other posts that have the same hashtag.
and since facebook has no control over what hashtags are used (they only implement the functionality) it makes for a reasonably nice and flexible feature.
#selfie

gee Locker, thanks
you guys think they're heavily Photoshopped? I dunno.. I am no expert when it comes to that stuff. but I do think they're beautiful.
kind of sucks that we never know if an image online has been manipulated or not nowadays...
