I think you left out Overhang Overpass from the Yosemite 1st ascent list.....it seemed pretty hard BITD.

My list (Ed's) doesn't show FFA information for Overhang Overpass. I added it, but need more data.

It was an honor to have Jim at my sushi bar in the arctic... I mean the creek. I wish I had had more time to chat with him.

Mongolian Clusterf*#k... I've always wanted to check that out (because of the name).

One morning at the arctic sushi fest, I awoke to what at first sounded like chanting. It was Donini and Tom the Travel agent singing The Star Spangled Banner. They sang a few more patriotic songs then moved on to xmas Carols.

Jaybro, after hearing me sing I guess you can understand why I didn't quit my day job. Oops.... I forgot, I don't have a day job. About this Becky comparison... yes, I was born when the earth cooled but Fred is old enough to be my dad, in fact........?

What with your 10:15 post, you might have us believing that you're a bastard.
Has anybody mapped out Fred's prewar (prehistoric?) movements.
DNA profiling might explain a lot about how this crazy "climbing" thing got started,..

I met Jim Donini in 1977 or 78 in Leavenworth WA. His slide show of Latok1, Cerro Torre was great! As well as his tales of eating primates in Venezuela with Bev Johnson (who wouldn't participate).
Welcome to the Taco, Jim.

I really can't believe this dude is so skinny. I just remember climbing many of his FA's in the Valley like Leanie Meanie, Enema, Goldrush. For God sakes Anticipation is one of the all time greats in my book. I just knew he had to be some big strapping dude. Donini, welcome and thank you for all the fun.

Cheers Jim,

I remember climbing with your brother Bill, Steve Wunsch and Rich Romano out at Millbrook (in the Gunks) a good number of years back. Steve and Rich paired off, so I roped up with Bill that day. I had to lead everything because Bill didn't feel too confident that day, but as I recall he didn't fall the entire day. We had a blast.
