I don't know if it's too over the top, but given all the monikers here it seems like we out to have some sort of tag with our ST names on them so we'll know who to shun (just kidding)...

Jingy - from the looks of the way you bailed off of Atari you are *always* in over your head.
It's cool that some didn't get IV:XX - no surprise.
BVB: you are literally the last person on my list. And god damnit if you don't make I'll! I'll! Here's the deal then bob. Send me $70. IF you don't make it I'll refund it. You really don't have to donate it to a dirtbag. (I'm serious). You'll just need to tell me by the Monday before the event.
I have seven different places I need to do ordering from. I'm ordering dry goods (vinegar, mirin, etc.) Monday. I'll be doing the rest of the ordering as I get the funds. The very last order - $1500 in fish - will be made Tuesday before the event. So, to all you folks that think you are lagging don't worry about it - you're not lagging - it's cool!
WRT what Mighty Hiker said: I'm pretty much in the same boat with regards to the event. Except one thing - Saturday night will be an "event". Not loud or out of control, but it'll be an invent. Ya'll will need a party shirt/skirt, etc., and if you feel inclined a costume. There will be a public hazing (Ron is on my radar!) so pick your favorite character and get creative.
Blow: will get the stickers on soon. Speaking of, now that you can make the fish on a sticker can you do a sticker with just the fish?

Perhaps we should organize some sort of volunteer thing, for those interested, or sufficiently hung over on Sunday morning. You know, the usual stuff - clean up or trail work or something. We may not want to invite the rangers to the actual party, but they'd probably be happy to have a little help in other ways.
Jello ("floggings will continue until morale improves") could be the evil genius, with a cast of helpers.
Anyway, just an idea - I don't know the area or the situation at all, but thought I'd mention it. Many of those attending sushi fest are "mature" climbers, at least chronologically. So it might be a fitting thing to do.
I'm afraid I'm a non-starter when it comes to dressing up. But I hope to hear lots of good stories, which need not be entirely true.

Check's in the mail, Doug.
I'm still trying to figure out if I should drive, or fly. Will anyone be along my path (I go through Vegas) who can share gas with me? GOD, I hope that damn paycheck comes this week.

Yeah, had bad luck with paypal. Even w/o the bad luck if everyone transfered me the money via paypal they'd make a reasonable chunk of change - change i'd rather see go to fish. Again, it's not a huge rush so do it as you can. I certainly gave ya'll more than enough time.
Mac - we'll start working on rides very soon.
I got kaths check today so the total paid is 15. ordering a large quantity of sushi supplies is a rush.
geez... the number attending just jumped. how cool! we're just over 50 now.
As Joseph sorta points out not everyone that is "IN" knows where we are going. I'm staring a write-up/agenda, etc. for the even and will send it out to everyone that has paid for camping. stay tuned.

People really only need to know that its a short drive from St. George but already over a dozen people know the exact location and some have even seen what it looked like yesterday afternoon!
Not to worry. All will know ahead of time including some useful beta as well.

naw... like I said.. as I'm doing a write-up with a lot of info including the spot and it'll go out to all those that have paid.
great news, all the small sites are taken in that campground. *sigh* well, not all of them but all of the ones that are anywhere close to the group site.
