Jeff, it was the 'liberals' who liberated the US from Britain. One of my ancestors was among them (Josiah Bartlett, New Hampshire, second man to sign the declaration).

I laugh at any country that criticizes the USA, and smile while I enjoy the most blessed country in the world.
Don't get me wrong all countries have problems, but Ol' number one is the best by almost any measure of human happiness. God Bless our Country. I am fortunate/ privileged to be here.

Is it wrong to like the country you live in? Just because someone tells you "no" or "you can't do this" or because you're a grown up and mommy and daddy can't take care of you, you expect the government to, and they won't, that makes them bad?

I find it funny that Americans (Libs) are hesitant at calling the USA the best thing that ever happened. Find me a block of cheese in subsaharan/saharan africa. It is nice being american.
