Do you ever realize how good we have it here in old number one?
We have it good, I just wish most liberals understood it.

Q-Ball you sound like another uninformed dude who thinks that you have to believe that America, in all cases, right or wrong, is number one- and don't you forget it! So called un- American liberals love there country to the extent that they want to make it a better place by correcting any deficencies. To understand that you live in the best Country on Earth and want to make it "better" is the definition of patriotism. My Country right or wrong is the path that led to Nazi Germany.
I, for one, am nauseated by the false patriotism of the right wing. America deserves better than to be pulled back into the Middle Ages.

Just out of curiosity, Q-Ball, how many other first world countries have you actually lived in?
Pretty pathetic to compare us to Zimbabwe as a measure of how great we are.
Try looking at some statistics on how we actually compare to our equals in the
industrial and post industrial world and you will see that we have a lot to improve on.

If we are hands down number one then why do dozens of other countries do a better job of educating their children?
The USA reached its height decades ago, the benefit of the oceanic barrier/screen effect, and since then we have busied ourselves with becoming victims of our own success.
