I'm afraid it will be tough for you to have a good time in Yosemite with your dog. That's very sad but true. Hopefully you can find someone to sit with your sweetheart on leash at the roadside while you're climbing. You might have to camp outside the park. Check their website for the rules.
There are excellent campgrounds in Lee Vining canyon on the east side of Tioga Pass within 40 minutes of Tuolumne Mdws where dogs are allowed. Will be tough to find a spot from Friday noon till Sunday afternoon. Tahoe area is very dog friendly with good climbing at Donner (short routes) and Lover's Leap (up to Grade III)

Traveling with significant others is ok sometimes.

But nothing is better than traveling alone.
You meet the world....
It is just a different game.
You follow your own heart...meet your own people...
Don't have to worry about doing some dumb sh#t u don't want to do
Meet a knew significant other everyday..
It is all you.....
Not for everybody, but they are my best trips by a factor of 10.
