When we've had a sushifest at the FaceLift in the past, it's usually included a BBQ, for those of that preference, or who aren't amenable to fish. Chacun a son gout..

though it might be true there was a BBQ around the sushi tent while SushiFest was festering said BBQ lacked the formal name "MeatFest".
That alone makes this different.
We certainly can combine the two. Just make sure MeatFest is down wind. Not that the smell of cooking meat bothers me... it's... well...

What I REALLY meant was the primary great, galactic goal is of course cleaning up the Valley and Tuolumne (are we still having a crew staying up there this year?)
The music is just a secondary source of friendship and tunes around a very special campfire. (Gotta get my priorities straight:D)

So, back to an earlier question: Will there be a celebration of the Salathe 50th at the Facelift? I know Royal committed himself and Tom to come.
I like seeing the really old guys...makes me feel young! Maybe we can talk Jgill into coming.
