It may be a violation of copyright to cut and paste from a proprietary website, and this may be a rather conspicuous place in which to do it. The fee for viewing pages on the PACE site may not include making any copies, without payment of a further fee.

The public record is copyright protected?

Apparently us INFIDELS are not allowed to access the site. Would you please post the report so we don't waste time chasing worthless links?

Thanks!

I can't believe for a second that a court document of ANY kind would be copyright protected! It's a matter of public record.

Fatty - highlight the relevant text with your cursor, right click on it and select "copy".

Then open up a reply in this forum, and hit "Ctrl" and "V" together and that will paste it in.

Thanks.

Fattrad just described 99% of all police reports.

How many defendants say this about a police report "That is exactly what happened"?

Less than 1%.

Nothing new there.

Not good. Of course LEO's have been known to write a bit of fiction(never me), so we should wait for court. The report also had misspellings and grammatical errors, bad form.

Wait for court????

Why the report is out. That is the story from the Park.

This thing is not going to court. If you are looking for a big hollywood legal scene it isn't going to happen.

More than 90% of criminal cases are completed without a trial and with a plea.

Pardon my ignorance but can you clarify #46?

#46

The most famous bear on ST.

Trolling for #46 means = leaving food out = violating the food storage code

bear #46. Inside joke. Bear #46 was on old trouble maker bear in the park. Lots of stories about that bear, and many things attributed to it that weren't actually done by it. #46 achieved legend status.

That is the thing about all Legends.

There isn't one exact story.

The more the better, the bigger the Legend.

From http://www.pacer.gov/psc/faq.html ("What are the acceptable uses of the data obtained from the PACER system?"): The information gathered from the PACER system is a matter of public record and may be reproduced without permission.

8 cents a page, no charge if PACER download useage is less than $10/quarter. I submitted an account request, but their system operates on the same technological level as a Nigerian bank's, and I am waiting for confirmation.

cut and paste that sucker fatrad!

hey there, john moosie, say, ...oh my... and, say, as to this quote of yours:

bear #46. Inside joke. Bear #46 was on old trouble maker bear in the park. Lots of stories about that bear, and many things attributed to it that weren't actually done by it. #46 achieved legend status.

...yeah, and say, perhaps ol' #46 even had a STUNT double, for his "slack" "under-the-weather days... one never can fully tell, with legends, you know.... ;) ;) ;) :))

*all in fun... :))

Whatever DMT.

Both stories are in.
Ammon said on national radio he only jumped.
NPS report/story is written.

Way way way different. So what is the truth?
Where is the video?

What is Ammon going to do is the BIG question? He has a HUGE uphill battle.
Take a plea or go to trial?

Ammon's criminal history will not help. He does have a history of alcohol and driving in YOSE.

He sure didn't follow tv, lawyer or commonsense advice. Don't talk to the cops much less admit that you did a crime and did that crime in the past too.

Does FATTRAD need to post the video again???

An ounce of chronic and "Nature Light" beer must have been for the after jump party...

...or the pre-jump party...

...or both

May the judge have pity for you, sir Ammon
