The pic below was taken after her summer shearing and some surgery to remove growths from her tail.

had a scare with patty ann marie, with a sore spot, raw, on her
back, but thank god, all seems to be well now...
her belly though, is a bit red, from ?? must be some lone flea??
(what happened once, years before)
perhaps was why the red spot on her back showed up:
she was biting... but, i saw no fleas...

Would you make your dog wear something like this? (just curious)
Only in these conditions:
Photo is from the 1990 Transantartic Expedition ( of which I had zero part except to read the book)
Those dogs don't need your suit but my border collie sure would.
Those dogs when they sleep out in those conditions must stay curled up under accumulated ice. If they break their curl they risk freezing to death.

Hiking Jackson Trail above the Colorado in Moab.
This is also an EXTREME MTB trail. I couldn’t wrap my head around how anyone could bike this.
