I'm glad Pelosi is leading the House right now for the Dems.
This is going to be a tough needle to thread, trying to find the right balance between due diligence in getting Mueller's report out there, deciding if/how far to pursue whatever might be found there, satisfying the ever-leftward-moving base, and setting the table to be sure this d#@&%ebag president doesn't see a second term.
A newbie House Speaker would flail mightily.

The House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday unanimously approved legislation demanding more details from the Justice Department on the obstruction of justice investigation into President Donald Trump.
The straightforward result belied an odd partisan dance that led a Democratic panel to embrace a GOP proposal on one of the most divisive issues in Washington.
Rep. Doug Collins (R-Ga.), the top Republican on the Judiciary Committee, introduced the measure last week — before it was known that special counsel Robert Mueller would be finalizing his investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election. Though Mueller’s findings remain secret, Attorney General William Barr indicated Mueller opted not to charge Trump or any associates with conspiring with Russians.
Mueller also explicitly chose to “not exonerate” Trump from an obstruction of justice inquiry, Barr revealed, and Democrats have clamored for Barr to provide the full report to Congress to understand how Mueller arrived at that decision.

I kinda doubt they planned it that way...the DOJ has no doubt been considering supporting that lower court's ruling for a while now. But the timing is perfect(ly awful), depending on which side of the aisle you are on.
This changes the channel quite nicely for the Dems...it will help get everybody out of the dumps, and back on fire about something the whole Party can get behind.

It does indeed. Is it a trap? Anything that allows them to ignore the lessons of 2016 promotes them to make those mistakes again.
The real losers here, are CNN and MSNBC that ran with it 24/7. Be interesting to see how they play it. CNNs marquee /pol shows don't even get 1/4 of the viewership the Fox shows get in the same time slot I saw yesterday.
In any event, Trump doesn't need to wallow in it right now, it will all get revisited in a series of hard hitting campaign ads. You will think the US is under siege.
