That's a pretty bold statement...
I agree with the first part about the H-phobia being completely out os sync with the rest of society (certainly way outside anything I can be a part of)....
But that mess about aid climbers being just as bad as H-phobes.... not sure of the connection.. but then again, there may be some other problems you have with aid-climbers to begin with...

I think our "fraternity of insensitive slobs with drinking problems who are attracted more to aid than climbing" has come a long way in the homo department. Give credit where credit is due, remember when routes use to be called things like, SPERM BURPING HOMOS FROM FRESNO??? Can't get away with that anymore. Russ ain't gay, I was touching him at the Stonemasters reunion and he didn't seem a bit excited, nor did he attempt to make any move on me(I woulda kicked his gay adze). Maybe the pedge has a phobia to insensitive slobs with drinking problems, who like to aid. Well gotta go, my bottle of whiskey and beer are waiting!

Does anyone else think that homophobia is a missused term? I have never been fearful of homosexuality, but I am disgusted by the thought of man on man butt sex. PERHAPS Homodisgust would be more accurate.
