Remember, in science you can't prove a hypothesis, you attempt to falsify and disprove it. And the moment you do you must reject the hypothesis, modify it, or originate a new one. The facts immediately falsify the OCT, but the facts more closely without falsifying support alternative hypotheses (CTs). Do we know exactly what happened and exactly how it was pulled off? No we don't, but bit by bit we are getting there.
The truth will out.
One last thing, it sure amazes me how we all mostly know that the Bush administration is the most corrupt and dishonest administration ever in the history of the U.S. (they are the BCF after-all). They lie about everything. But for some reason we are supposed to believe and trust them about 9-11. Right. That makes perfect sense. They lie about everything, but not about 9-11. It happened just as they said it did in the "9-11 Ommision Report." It does make a good door stop however.

actually mono, you don't really have any idea who it was that did this. regardless of which, Jody makes the most salient point up there someplace - to create a full-fledged conspiracy, too many people would have had to be involved, and someone would have spilled the beans by now.
That leaves open the possibility of collusion amongst members of the Bush inner circle and the Bin Laden inner circle. The two families are well acquainted, after all, and Osama makes such a convenient boogeyman for making everyone afraid of the dark.
Independent of what one believes about the forces behind the attack, though, one has to consider it very interesting that the administration chose to invade the same country after Sep 11 that it had expressed a desire to invade before Sep 11.
