Weatus, Waugh is 48, I think Wilson is 57 or 58, Grigby is 57 or 58 too, and I am almost 55. Thanks for the compliment. I credit those other guys for always pushing that keeps me climbing hard. What a great group to grow up/old with.
In this age group you also need to add Kris Solem who is pretty solid at 5.12 when he hasn't broken something.

John Hoffman, formerly from Tahoe now living near Bishop, is 62 and climbs 5.13 in the ORG. He's built like statue. His wife Annie is way strong too.
Tom Perkis (sp), also from the eastside, is in his mid 70's and climbs the steep stuff at the Gorge and the Bear Crag like he's walking down the street.
Here's John and Annie in the Gorge

Wheatus has it right.
The greatest climber in my life will always be Bob Kamps. Plus, I will always admire everyone that is part of the Stoney Point Crew. Especially Jan since he bothers with teaching me a few things. That man is all about really tiny invisible crimps that only people familiar with reading braille can find. The fact that he can hang his full weight on them; it is remarkable.
Plus John Bachar is still climbing hard, I won't be surprised if he solos something sick for his 50th.
Makes me proud to be a climber.
