Oh my gosh. Some beautiful pups (regardless of age) there, Wilbeer and Brandon.
Wilbeer, there is a silver lab, Mai, that is my girls best friend at the boarding kennel when she does “overnights”. It’s awesome because it’s a ranch and they get to run all over. Mai, who is also a boarder was having trouble at night, tearing up her bed and whining/howling so they bedded her with Teddy one night when she was there and Mai calmed immediately. Now when Mai boards, even if Teddy isn’t there she doesn’t have night trouble anymore. It’s so wonderful how they help each other.

OMG. That is Dix? What are you feeding her?
BTW Teddy is a female... Theodora Alexandra is her full name.
Teddy is a family pet name that goes back to the early 1900s. We’ve had male Teddys, female Teddys and cat Teddys! My son is Alexander so putting it all together....

Common mistake...I probably should have spelled it “Teddie”.
Actually she’s been neutered so she may be an “it”. ;-)
I’d love her to meet Dix. Maybe next spring as I’m doing a cross country to visit family in Northwestern Pa. I’ll be headed towards the Adirondacks for some trips down memory lane.
Hugs to Dix and and your other fur baby (I’m pretty sure you have one more?)
Oh Lucas, I miss that sweet little face! He’s such a lapper. So loving.

Our family cat was a female named Timothy. Timothy Whiskers, more formally. Timmy, in the diminutive.
Her first batch of kittens were Inky, Stinky, Winky and Mittens, and those cats all lived for many years. Unfortunately.....Inky and Stinky were males, and...well, you can imagine. Rural Wisconsin in the 1970's, where inbreeding was just how it went.
Mittens loved to walk up and down the piano.

^^^I'll wager that animal owners have a stronger immune system than those who do not.
Exposure is everything.
The old Grannies of my Southern youth swore that if you ate a pound of dirt and got licked by a hundred animals you would never get sick.
Heck - some healthy doggie poop would probably cure Moosedrool.

So, our puppy Xander is possibly the best dog I’ve ever raised. He’s growing like a weed, play-attacks his nine year old brother Tioga, and is an all around good boy.
He has an Instagram acccount, it’s pretty fun.
