hey there say, goboy... wow, these are fun!!
thanks for sharing!
say, a friend of my ex son in law, HAS a vizsla...
and, when i grew up, there was folks behind our yard that
HAD THREE, :O
they were more greyish, fawn, like, as to color,
and looked spooky in the dim like of morning, when
there ran around the yard...
are they nice? they seem so, busy a bit 'antsy',
meaning it nice, like: on the alert to be busy...
well, be back later, going to help a friend...

Vizslas are very high energy & notoriously anxious. Gotta burn them out daily or face dog depression & some serious behavioral issues.
Also known as the "velcro dog" for their tendency to force cuddle.
Sounds like your neighbor had a weimaraner, the V's Ancestor. They carry that same anxious tendency.
V's are Hungarian, bred between German short hair pointers & weimraners.

This has been a pretty hard week for me as I had to say goodby to our 15 year old lab Cali.
She was a great gentle soul and always happy. I will miss her tail wags as I walk in the door and her nose nudging my hand as it hangs off the bed in the morning. She was a good dog.

I was tricked!
Duped!
My wife suggested we foster a dog from the local rescue. That lasted a couple of days, now he lives here.
Jack/Yorkie mutt. Never thought I'd really like a "mini" dog, but he sure has personality.
