So how does the Rockies blow it after tying up the game in the 9th? Basic base running skills are lacking. I coached little league/SAS (baseball/softball) for 13 years across all my kids and playing into HS. I'm not sure I witnessed a worse display of base running in the past 20 years. A key game (away) if they actually want to advance out of the divisional series. Blackmon getting into a run down between 3rd and home with one out?! Worse than getting thrown out at 3rd. Too worried about being a hero...

Can't believe Roberts left Buehler in after he loads the bases on walks, walks in a run, then gives the guy a grand slam. He threw something like 7 straight balls, waaay outside of zone. It didn't look like a strategy, either...more like a loss of control.

There should be an asterix next to Colorado Rockies beer prices, as I'm sure their cheapist is Coors, i.e. not real beer.
