So then explain the absolute truth.
Actually you took the role of authority on this subject, but you're a poseur.

"Everything is Knowable. Its not necessarily easy, as you would have to purify your mind, but everything is knowable. "
The mind has limitations. There is knowledge that the mind cannot reduce to rational or linear concepts without distortion.
Something like the "Absolute" cannot be known in any way that we are used to thinking of as knowledge. That doesn't mean some experience of that nature isn't possible, but even the word "experience" is misleading.
All of which is a long way from Joe the Plumber.
A concept is not the thing, the map is not the territory, and painted food won't satisfy hunger.
and Joe the Plumber is afraid of imaginary taxes he won't have to pay
Peace

The only thing unknowable seems to be "WHO IS THE REAL BARACK OBAMA?"

It used to be common practice when repeating something authored by another, to give attribution. In this case it would have been appropriate to say:
"Who is the real Barack Obama?"- John McCain, 2008 campaign

John McCain calls Teddy Roosevelt his hero.
Here is what Teddy Roosevelt had to say about taxing the rich:
"We grudge no man a fortune in civil life if it is honorably obtained and well used. It is not even enough that it should have been gained without doing damage to the community. We should permit it to be gained only so long as the gaining represents benefit to the community.
The really big fortune, the swollen fortune, by the mere fact of its size, acquires qualities which differentiate it in kind as well as in degree from what is possessed by men of relatively small means. Therefore, I believe in a graduated income tax on big fortunes, and
a graduated inheritance tax on big fortunes, properly safeguarded against evasion, and increasing rapidly in amount with the size of the estate."

Next time someone whines about poor Joe the Plumber, after all the publicity he's gotten from this (to McCain's benefit),please....
STFU before you look like an even bigger idiot.
Especially after "Joe" looks like he may be getting a big country music recording deal.

Joe the Plumber should enjoy his 15 minutes of fame while he has them because they are about up.

Joe said:
"I love America. I hope it remains a democracy, not a socialist society. ... If you look at spreading the wealth, that's honestly right out of Karl Marx's mouth."
It is easy to guess Joe has never read Marx. Does not look like a big reader type. Speaks out a mouthful of BS his Rep friends have put in there.
Joe should actually go read ol' good Karl. He might like it. Marx is good for simple minds.

Just when you think the MSM is in the tank for Obama, here's the full video of Obama and Joe the Plumber. The sound bites the MSM and RWR played over-and-over didn't quite capture the true exchange between Obama and Joe. I thought Obama did a pretty good job explaining his viewpoint.
Sorry if this video is a repost, I did a quick browse and didn't see it posted on this thread.

The Dispatch has uncovered four uses of state computer systems to access personal information on Wurzelbacher, including the child-support check authorized by Jones-Kelley.
She said on Monday that her department frequently runs checks for any unpaid child support obligations "when someone is thrust quickly into the public spotlight."
riiiiiighht...so that mother whose kid was killed in a drive by putting her in the "public spotlight" is getting a thorough check...that teacher of the year who was featured on the news last night is getting a thorough check...that cop who was shot on duty is getting a thorough check...i wonder if jones-kelley, now that she's in the "public spotlight", is getting a thorough check

Yesterday, you dishonestly claimed that that background check is Obama's attempt to suppress free speech.
But everyday, you gleefully parrot the right wing innuendo and machine machine. Do you spend the day sitting on Rove's shoulder?
"Rah! Obama's a Marxist! Obama's a Marxist! Give me a cracker!"
Give it up dude. That sh#t is awfully stale.

Hahahaha. I remember the pity party about how Obama did not treat Sam the Plumber very nicely.
Well, according to Sam, McCain "appalled me."
I asked him some pretty direct questions, he continued. Some of the answers you guys are gonna receive they appalled me, absolutely. I was angry. In fact, I wanted to get off the bus after I talked to him.
But still, STF Sam. You owe your 15 minutes of fame to John McCain.
