Great game. Not as exciting as the AFCCG but a super good old fashioned field position battle. When the rest of the league zigs Belichick zags and goes old school. Pats had one functioning WR and still won. Interesting to see how well the D# plans and coverages worked on both sides.

The best day to climb at Josh, or anywhere, is Super Bowl Sunday.

I agree, Fet. Great game. It wasn't boring. It's was a display of two badass defenses. Lack of scoring amped up the tension. A hard fought victory. My only criticism was the Ram's stupid penalties. Dumb.
Worst SB ever? No way. Much better than the occasional blowouts. Take Super Bowl XLVIII. Seattle's 22–0 halftime lead. 36–0 advantage before Denver's first and only score. Boring.

That was my take as well ET. I always prefer a defensive game and my eyes are most likely watching linebackers and secondary initially, the flats and then the O. I like to get a snap shot of the initial reaction to the O's first move by the middle D men then go from there. It's more informative that way anyway..
It most def was not the worst Superbowl but it wouldn't surprise me that some folks feel that way; look at how popular the Wheel of Fortune is.

I like a shootout more than a defensive standoff, but I appreciate both and think watching different types of games is more interesting, so I liked this one.
I'd much rather watch a low scoring game than a blowout. This game could have gone either way until the last couple minutes. I usually turn off a blowout when I know one team has no chance. But in the Pats vs. Falcons I knew the pats were moving the ball, they just had some bad turnovers, etc. and knew they had enough time to make a comeback, not that I expected it, but I never considered turning off that game.
It's like watching soccer. If you don't understand/appreciate the strategy and nuances of the game then you may find a lot of back and forth with no scoring boring, while other people can see so much going on.
I thought baseball was boring, until I trying scoring it (all the plays, not just the score) and then I realized how much happens on each play.
I've never been a big Maroon 5 fan, but I thought it was a good half time show. Better than Timberlake.

TV viewership was down 16 million from 2015! Guess that explains the lame commercials.

Glad he's going out on top and before he gets any more injuries but it's sad we don't get to see him play anymore. One of the most fun to watch of all time, especially when he jukes or drags like 5 defenders.

I've enjoyed watching Gronk and Brady over the years and have a lot of respect for what they have accomplished. But I'm ready for them to be out of football and in the Hall of Fame.
Time for Kelce and Mahomes to take over the AFC...
