Road trip from hell. ( 2400 miles round trip ) Vedauwoo to Jtree and back.
But had a great time!
Will post more about it later. ( with photos )
Spent so much time in the car with Simms I hate the little f*#ker now.

Fatty - Yeah... But it was dark at the facelift (when I got there) and I had headlamps shining in my eyes, etc... I didn't really see many of the people there in the daylight. I simply recognized Lynne and Zip from pics they posted of them while in JTree....

I remember meeting you at the Lift but you did come after dark and didn't see you after...usually I'm good at faces....and bald heads...think you have one, yeah ? Were you teaching that beautiful blonde on Short Wall how to climb ? :D

but, the picture on top of bashing my dead husband's name earlier in this thread is not cool. Your name and an honest handshake are two of the most important things in life....at least to Lynne.

Part III Josh Tree Epic Adventure....
Brett P. dug the infamous Juicy glasses....ya'll at the Face Lift "Texas Holdum" remember these babies, right ?
Here's goddess Lori....hey, as soon as she arrived that's what the guys nicknamed her. Pro cause her arms and legs go on forever and she's a darn good climber as well as cute. What the guys told me...just saying. She's off to Patagonia for a month or two to climb.

Brett and Zip convinced me that a helmet should be on my C.mas list. Wasn't sure until a hold Brett was using broke off suddenly and fell to the ground.
Brett and Juicy Glasses 'send....they'll never get this thrill from me....dat's fo sure !
Next up ze goddess (like Zip and Billy/blitzo noted, "look at those legs") Lori made it look ezy.
Brett led final climb on this wonderful rock....think it was the arete. This rock and it's climbs should be named. They are great....well at least in my book. Say Todd, I would even hike the hike to climb this again. Nice development Dude !

Final Chapter...in the Epic Venture....Part IV
Sooze and Russ's get together....Unfortunately I was so hammered by the approach/descend of that day, I did make it to the party...but took few pictures. Sooze is the most gracious hostess and it was fun. Sorry Susan, had all my premade food out in the ice chest but to brain dead to ask for help cause I was too tired....plus ze guys were "operating" on russ in the kitchen and I needed to cook the stuff...so just gave up and played poor pool. : ))
Fun getting to know people I'd only met on the Taco ! Like these guys !
