*The real reason the Trump administration is constantly losing in court
Federal judges have ruled against the Trump administration at least 63 times over the past two years, an extraordinary record of legal defeat that has stymied large parts of the president’s agenda on the environment, immigration and other matters.
In case after case, judges have rebuked Trump officials for failing to follow the most basic rules of governance for shifting policy, including providing legitimate explanations supported by facts and, where required, public input.

I don't know how to link it, but Ralph Peters gave an interview on CNN today that just totally, absolutely explains the farce that is our president.
You know, Ralph Peters, the same retired Army officer who once got censored for calling President Obama a "pussy" on air. Yes, a conservative, but a conservative who THINKS.
He just absolutely nails it :)

Oh, I do hate to do this, but we should be honest when people we don't like do the right thing. This will kill the unhinged anti-Trumpers, but he DID sign an important public lands bill with critical components for climbers:
It still seems a bit disingenuous, when in the same week he proposes a budget that defunds many of the programs within the land bill.

With this President, the signal/noise ratio is skewed. You get lost in the noise and the signal will pass you by. For some people, it would probably be better if they simply ignored all of his tweets.
