I am not sure what to expect, they did not announce which Philip Rivers was going to suit up tonite. Hopefully not the Rivers that stalls in the red-zone. Can not beat the Donks kicking field goals all night.

Red zone offense? Who cares? Redzone starts at about the 50 Yd line Vs Denver.

The Chargers in Denver? They've the proverbial two chances - Brrrr! and PhukIt'sKold!

They'll be lucky to score 20 points. 38-20 Broncos
I hope I'm wrong cause I hate Denver, but I'm rarely wrong, about anything. ;-)

Find me a team that didn't score 20 points vs Denver this year.

It is if you're from San Diego.

"Wouldn't be surprised to see 100pts of total offense tonight."

77 of those will be for Denver.

Apparently the Chargers didn't get the memo about passing being Denvers weak point.

Yeah.. lets run on 3rd and 19..Might as well take a knee next time.

Well that was an unpredictable game. Except for the part where Denvers defense sucks ass and allows an avg 26 ppg.

I WAS wrong about running the ball against Denver.. apparently the defense sucks against the BOTH the run and the pass.

27-20 Chargers.

Kind of reminds me of all the debates about the "best" quarterback. You can look at stats all day and all night, but when the game is for all the chips, who do you want running the show? Some guy with gaudy statistics? Or whoever is your era's equivalent of Joe Montana?

first post on this thread. i'm about 45 miles from Auburn; but live on the GA side of the Chattahoochee River.

i have 4 GA graduates in my family who insist i should be a loyal GA fan; but my father was cardiologist consultant for the Tigers in the 60's, 70's and early 80's, so we all grew up Tiger fans. i spent a lot of time in (and under) wooden bleachers that used to be at the west end zone. As we got a little older we got to sit in prime seats on the 50 yd line; my oldest brother got to stand on the sideline with my dad.

i am slow to accept change and stick to my roots. i am not really a big "ra-ra", but i enjoy college football.

i went to FSU for graduate school for exercise physiology, so i favor them as long as far as the ACC goes; but i will have to pull for the Tigers in the championship game.

i imagine that game will live up to it's hype as both are deep in talent, both players and coaches.

Unless the hype goes to far and Auburn has a bad outing and seeing that no team can figure out Malzahn's offense, i believe the Tigers will come out on top after each team puts a lot of points on the board. if it comes down to the need of a last minute miracle for the Tigers to win, i can't imagine them having as much fortune as they have had the last two games; but what do i know?

and for the record, i don't pay any attention to the other professional football league as they are overly paid and with egos matching income. i just can't get into it.

that's my 2¢ worth.

they are overly paid

yes, the owners in the luxury boxes should be getting all that money, would be so much more fair.

So how much did the Packer's pay Romo to throw the game? Or is he really just hopeless?
