Hey all. Thanks for the thoughts. Not much else to report here.

Still feel marginal all the time. Feel extra crappy when I exert myself. Been trying to get to the rock gym a bit. Any bearing down on a move and the day is over for me.

Been on beta blockers for over a month and nothing feels a bit different. All that I heard about how heinous they are has not been a part of my experience. I seriously notice nothing with them.

Saw the cardiologist (PA really) and relayed this. Again I'm told they know something is wrong, but they can't really tell me what. Gave me some nitro to take and then try a hard move at the gym. I'll either explode or maybe it makes it easier. We'll know Wed when I'm able to get back to the gym.

Pretty frustrating. I'm worn down. My big question now is whether the ticker is the source of the problem, or it's being affected by some other issue. Hard to know where to turn.

I'm open to any suggestion from anyone.

Yes, I can drink Silver. A HH is definitely in order when you get back to town. Be nice to visit. I need to get it in my calendar right now. Work will be taking me to DC a lot this year, so I better be in town when you get here.I'm there from about Feb 28 to March 3rd. Let me know your plans. If I'm not around, I'm sure BrassNuts will be game to get out and play and to celebrate at a HH too...

I have low cholesterol and bp and low resting heart rate etc. Raising any of them wouldn't likely matter I guess.

Pretty tired of the entire thing. :/ Try to ignore it, but it doesn't let me.

Crimpy, try a vegetarian diet with tons of fruit smoothies and water and fresh veggies for a few months and see what happens. At the same time get a bunch of exercise like biking and sunshine and fresh air and no stress or alcohol or caffeine. It'll work wonders for sure, turn back the clock on your body.

Miss Crimpie, It's bizarre to think of you not well, you always were the picture of health.
Family genes can suck -big-time..

I hope they figure out what's wrong..soon.
