hey I'm in, the army thinks I'm overweight anyways, so I get to do extra pt. I am not, however, posting my start weight or body fat until the end! I think a body fat or inches deal would be good since part of some of our workouts may include increasing muscle mass, which weighs more.


fyi, there is a website, www.550cord.com. on the left side, select "Army Fitness Calculator" When the page pops up there's a form, select the "body fat tab". Enter the appropriate information. To obtain the hip measurement, tape around the fullest part of the butt. For the waist, its the smallest part of the waist area. The neck is, well, the neck. We usually tape like 3 times to get an accurate measurement.
