SS - Pretty much all the guys were SUPER HOT! (climbers=hot). Which one in particular are you speaking of? Can you post the photo?

Ale 8 one? A late one? I can't drink those. They are like liquid crack for me. I'd be up for days.

Nah, they don't have that much caffiene in them...

Great when mixed with Buffalo Trace...

Not a bad hangout...

One of my favorite routes at the Red...

Cheers!

Thats rad! Both Reid and Aaron are good friends of mine from back here in San Diego (although Aaron recently got reassigned to Hawaii, shucks). Looks like a super fun trip! I need to get out there when i have some time and help out the guys at Pardox (not that they seem to need it!) Anyway, thanks for a great TR Crimpie!!! Looks like you all had a blast!

SS - that is Aaron Ralston. I thought you were likely speaking of him or Reid. Both are awesome guys.

It's neat that you mentioned his smile as well because he has a fantastic set of chompers and I told him so.

And Brian in SLC - true about the caffeine, but given I'm a delicate flower, any caffeine wrecks me! :)

I only wish that Airstream was mine. I'd kill for one of those so back off, Steve. I'm way behind on getting my pics on the web. I only have a billion of them that I have to sort through. I had to go right into a dealer camp here immediately after Rock Trip. Just had another killer dinner at Miguel's. What a place. Crimper didn't mention that Miguel supported Paradox all the way. The crew ate there morning noon and night...even to the point of getting pizzas delivered to us out at Torrent Falls.

Euro', I pulled that BD box out of the dumpster. It was loaded with Paradox Sports t-shirts that we gave to our local supporters as well and a pile we threw out to the crowd.

Finally rained today so we pulled into the Piss Cave at Roadside and held a Squid comp.

So many routes at the Red...So little time.

More later,
Mal

PS: Everyone take a close look at the photos Crimpie posted above. VJ did laps on Bare Metal Teen...He's a T5 paraplegic and had to do pullups all the way. Pete, the guy who led Bandolier is missing his right arm from just below his elbow.

I wish we'd have gotten a photo of VJ's biceps. They are enormous. He did his laps on BMT smoothly and without resting. Someone else tried the same but was quickly (15' later) schooled in how hard it is. I was in line to try next but having seen that, I tucked tail and ran to rock climb like the chicken I am.

Way to go Crimpie. Looks fun. :-)

Did you get a new bird sitter? Or did you forgive the last one?

Ex-pet sitter has been forgiven but will never be used again by me.

Two new pet sitters came to see the birds. One came twice a day, the other came once a day. Plus, there were daily phone calls. Can't be too sure anymore. :)

I'll tell you who would put 75 cents on a credit card.....someone without any cash on them. Maybe he was havin' a bad day....or he hates westerners...which would make him a communist. Either way....I'm just tellin' it like it is...like I always do. Yeah...you heard me.

I'm glad you're all regrowing feathers & getting over the trauma. What an awful homecoming that must have been.

We park our 20-year-old newt at the neighbors when we travel. I think they take good care of him but like others of his kind he can go without food if need be. All his life he's been storing reserves in his tail.

It's not westerners that we hate, it's Yankee carpetbaggers.

Hey, I finally got my pics up on the web. Here are the best and here's a link to the whole series:

http://ranchexitphoto.zenfolio.com/p106336447/

Here's Aron Ralston using his favorite Leatherman:

Pete Davis chalking up his stump before sending Bandolier:

Aron busing a move that only he can do. Is this cheating?

While we were waiting for a volunteer to arrive at the airport I started to snooze, When I woke up I caught DJ using his pigsticker to pick the stitches out of his eye. That dude is badass...

Keith Deutch...psyched on the climb.

Here's a good photo of those biceps that crimpie was talking about. Vijay is a stud:

Here he is, celebrating after tagging the chains:

Love this shot. Old local at Miguel's:

Deitch...getting ready to go to bed. Or whatever...

Duetch, checking his equipment after True Love:

Juksey's jacket. Gotta read it carefully:

Added w/ edit. Photos up...

And just a feew more good pics.

Aron Ralston, Pete Davis and Chad Jukes hamming it up at Torrent. BTW, Many thanks to Dr. Bob for opening up Torrent Falls to the Paradox crew. See, gimpness has its privileges.

Micah Dash finding out just how steep the Red really is.

Chad Jukes strutting his new Stomp Foot:

Keith Deutch looking...suave?

Brittany being rolled by Vijay:

Special Delivery. Devaki brings the goods.
