Guys, guys, guys. This is an obvious attempt to try and explain away 9-11 truth, and an attempt at debunking. You are mixing apples and oranges. You just can't do that. The two are entirely different scenerios.
The article(s) explain that it was an explosion and fireball. From explosions there is tremondious amount of force exerted upon the overpass structure. Remember, the towers didn't immediatley fall when jets plowed into the WTC towers. Yet with this incident, the overpass immediately does or soon collapses. The overpass didn't collapse from fire alone. It suffered a major explosion.
By the way, the overpass looks pretty much intact, and fell and drapped over other structures right in place. The WTC towers were pulverized.
I don't know about you, but I don't see a pulverized overpass. Do you?
9-11 was an inside job. The motive, opportunity, means, and all the physical evidence says so and there is nothing you can say or do to change the facts.

I hear you, Klimmer.
I'll help scout for loose change with you, Crowley. Let's put it in the beer fund then go empty it.

hahahaha! poor mad fools...... those overpasses were dry runs on taking down another building. All you conspiracy nuts even have the plane bombers wondering if they actually did it or was it George W?
AC edit: what a maroon.

This is so obviously just a test of a similar substance the CIA planted in the WTC to cause them to collapse.
Duh.

There can be no conspiracy when there is truth--unfortunately we never get the truth.

It is simple. Steel (and iron) loses about 80 percent of its strength above 600-750 degrees F. In skyscraper and iron-structured buildings, we fireproof the metal, bigtime, because of this fact. Kind of like flocking a Christmas tree. The melting point of steel is around 2500 F, but it only takes 600-750 to ruin everything since it becomes so desparately weak.

The melting point is irrelevant friends. The fact that structural metal loses so much of its strength at such a low temperature. This is nothing new, we have known this forever, and that is why we have tried to fireproof structural steel in buildings (only) for more than 30 -40 years. Don't think MELT, think SOFTEN

AC, you are such an idiot. What is it about heat-weakened steel that gives you so much trouble?

Werner, in tragedy, the clown always loses in the end.
AC, we've discussed this before and you insist on being a pompous and uneducated skeptic.

Jody, some of us had the miserable experience of trying to explain to AC about how the towers weren't intentionally destroyed by our government. He has made up his mind and won't bother to properly inform himself with respect to bothersome details.

Jody, I'm afraid this is what AC sees. The guy in yellow is one of his reputable scientists.
"The fact that so many structural engineers and certification people are on record saying NO WAY, Mimi." AC
That's because the people you're listening to are also fueling the conspiracy nonsense and like the sound of it.
Your moronity costs you a clown credit. Say hello to yourself Absolutely Clownish.

First one in Boston, main artery, major problem.
Next day, one in Texas (or wherever it was).
Next day, Oakland Bay Bridge interchange. Major problem.
Pattern? Tomorrow will tell . . .

But me, being the lone wolf, I say, NO WAY, they went.

Good question, Wild Bill. Some would say outer space. Some would say inner.
Werner, we did go to the moon. I found a couple of the golf balls they hit while they were up there.

All the physical evidence conspiracy stuff is a distraction, sometimes even disinformation, that keeps folks from looking at the real 9-11 unanswered questions, which involve the money trail, 9-11 wargames and standdown orders, and interactions between our government and the players.
Jesus Christ, even the names of the highjackers are not accurately known to the public. Some turned up alive in other countries and even CIA director George Tenent admitted they might have forged identities, but still the government reports don't tell us who they were. Administration insider Leon Minetta testified himself being an eyewitness that Cheney had the fighters stand down from intercepting the pentagon flight.
Why not answer the real questions and quit worrying about demolition? Why did the Pakistani secret service wire $100,000 to Atta and then meet with high Bush administration officials right on 9-11?
I don't know what happened, just that the official story is a lie. Even the 9-11 commission leaders admit that they manipulated the story for political reasons.
Peace
Karl
