As a nurse, shouldn't you be asking your medical colleagues for that opinion. I can only tell you from a patient perspective. There aren't any particularly outstanding hospitals in Vegas. None as bad as Killer King, but they're certainly not in the Cedars-Sanai or UCLA category. In other words, best is relative.

I've tried to sleep in my car while in vegas once. I was at a convention and staying at a motel but the guy I was sharing the room with was a drug fiend and a weird f*#king guy at that. He got stoned and then spent every waking hour talking about how f*#ked up his life was.
So instead of going back, I kept my car parked at the Rio and attempted to sleep, even in the early morning the heat makes it virtually impossible. My car had a terrible cooling system at the time so I couldn't run my AC for too long or else the engine would overheat.
If you're seriously intent on living in a van in vegas, you need a standalone A/C system and a battery system to run it, you might as well try to find an RV park in vegas because you would probably need a hookup spot for batteries...
