Crusher put on a great show and we had a pretty decent turnout. Everyone seemed to have a great time. If you get a chance to see his upcoming shows in San Francisco, Berkley, or I believe San Jose you won't be disappointed.
This year we decided to move Outdoor Week to the fall hoping for better weather. We are excited to announce that Andrew Burr, professional photographer and photo editor for climbing magazine, will be joining us again this year for several events. He will do a slide show on campus and a climbing photography clinic on Oct. 18 & 19. We hope to have a full week of varied events so watch for details in the following weeks and plan to attend as many events as you can.
Would like to again thank Crusher and Fran for doing several events last year free of charge. One of which helped us raise money to put on this years Outdoor Week. Oct. is a great time to visit the Black Hills and Spearfish has over 600 sport routes just outside of town in the canyon and is only an hour from Devils Tower and the Needles. The colors should be changing so come if you can.
