Jim's done a great job of organizing small scale trail maintenance projects for Tahquitz and Suicide Rocks the last two years. Great job, Jim!!

I get the impression the number of people you can use will be limited by the number of work party supervisors you have. You need to give us a cell phone number that works for the site that we can call May 13 & 14 to find out whether you can use more help. Don't want to drive up there and then be unable to do anything.
Would it help for us to bring hand tools?

The plan is to split into three teams and work on the Lunch rock, North Side and Suicide trails simultaneously, Those groups will then break down into sub groups to work the specific problem areas. So, unless it turns out like Flanderfest we won't run out of things to do.
The F.S. provided tools last time, but again that's why Jim needs an RSVP.

I don't think there's any danger there won't be enough work for anyone. the Suicide trail can always use more big water breaks to channel off the water during big runoff events. The stairs at the start could use more railroad ties if available.

Things are looking good for next Saturday.
Hope to see you at the Idyllwild Town Hall between 8:30 and 9 to sign waivers and enjoy coffee and pastries before heading to the trails.
At least two Stonemasters, Mike Graham and John Long will be there working on a trail and signing and selling books. They have contributed four items of clothing for the raffle($1/ticket) and an LTD edition of the Stonemaster book for the grand finale raffle($5/ticket). Proceeds to benefit the Access Fund and the American Alpine Club.

Where's the town HALL? I usually just go to the parking lots, so I don't know where the town HALL is.

I think it's the first right when headed up the hill past Nomad. At the end of the road on the right.

Actually, it's the road on the right before Nomad (as you head uphill)- where the Chinese restaurant is. Make a right, and follow to the end- it'll be obvious.
