yeah warner, went to canada, got married to suzanne, lived on vancouver island, you met her, that time we wer in the valley, Warren Harding was there, still kicking, suzanne & i closed the bar with him, then went out to his van, he goes " I think I got some more wine here somewhere ", starts throwing everything around in the back & then goes " here it is ", and pulls out a gal. of red wine half drunk. stayed in the lodge that time.

Yep that is you the real Punk Roy who played in that band with fritz that crazy guy. I remember all the stories you used to tell me from your punk rocker days down in frisco.

here's one more werner, do you know about the time me and donny reid found the awahnee pool drained, empty? we grabbed our boards, snuck into housekeeping, stole a bunch of towels, dried out the bottom & were skating it till we noticed the tourist were having a good time watching us. booked it before we got busted.

Roy Wonder!
here is a couple of good ones you might remember:
We took the "Swiss Mobile" to Tahoe with that freaky chick "the Writher".... she kept taking her top off and writhing around thus the name... I think she was from Baltimore. We then went over to Strappos house and there was a ruckus and Minks showed up and it got way out of hand. Then Minks drove us to breakfast in something like a Matador or a Duster or some POS... Way funny!!!
We went bouldering, me you and Swiss Michi and maybe his pal Jody in the "City" behind some elementary school on something that I swear was dirt. More like a road cut than a climbing wall... had like 3 routes on it... I have pics of you on it!!!! I'll find them and scan them up. Some classics!

yeah russ you got it, except it was a dodge dart, i later ended up buying it form peter for 25$, but i had to buy a battery. me & the mutants were stuck in little calcutta & had to get back to the city. that boulder sucked, but there is a sortta new skate park by there thats cool, fun to skate. ps you can see that car in a james bond movie filmed in sf. in an alley durring a car chase.

im going to head out to mamouth next spring to skate that new skate park. maybe i could see you and john and it would be cool to see kaulk too. sierra road trip. whatever, lets say in touch here. ill stop and look up peter too. late.

I remember discussing the finer points of living like a bum in Yosemite one time with Dennis and he told me, "forget about going into the dumpsters for soda can deposits, just stand out in front of Yosemite Lodge and beg for money from the tourists. You make much more money that way."

Hey Wonder,
I posted a question a while back and maybe you can answer it. What ever happened to Fritz Mutant. I used to be (and still am ) a fan of The Mutants used to seem them at the Mab and in Sacramento. Talked to Fritz quite a bit but never got a chance to climb with him. Jeff

Fritz lives in Silver Plume, CO. He was racing in the old man GS until broke his collar bone when he hit a tree going about 70 mph. Still the same, never ages, the new dark ages. write to him:fritz@fritzfox.com. The Mutants will be playing @ Cafe DuNord on Feb 4, 2006. In SF.
