"affectation is the ridiculous effort of the ignorant to appear wise" or in some cases for the ignorant to prove it.

within every large neighborhood, lie numerous "sub neighborhoods",

hidden beneath the cracks, across the tracks, a little slice of life that you would rather soon forget,

kind of like the bathroom at the greyhound bus station in stocton ca?

Jim-

I did not care for those songs either. I was and never will be a fan of music which espouses abuse. The time does not matter, it is the intent and mind set that is the problem.

I was partial to Biggie myself but not all that partial. Some talent but too much waste. Plus how long can you relate to violent kids. Tupac and Biggie both dead at 25,24 respectively. I'm too old for that sh#t now.

Grew up across the street from a few bloods. Big part of being a kid was watching my ass and obeying the street light rule of white kids.

OP, your a jackass. A word isn't a strict definition of its derivative.

When you say "give me some BETA" do you throw a hissy fit because no one throws you outdated multimedia?

"bro" has gang connotations... sure. White kids always had the monopoly on that. Would you get offended if I called you an OG, or asked you if you were balling baby T?

Sounds like your knowledge of this culture comes from what you see on the evening news.

Hint - if you see upper class white kids saying it on MTV, it ain't gang culture.

I hope you never wear red or baby blue. Cuz, you know, those are ACTUALLY gang related and were outlawed colors at my high school.

You know why this is a troll?

Because you can choose to react to any behavior that is different than yours, gangster, hispanic, oriental, middle eastern, political, etc, and draw people into your reactive, oh-my state. Then you start a thread about it, the definitive move.

Troll all the way.

Jim, come on. There is active and reactive. The active are out doing it - probably your Carts of Darkness folks (which I WILL check out), and then there's the reactive element.

The question really becomes: In which camp do you make your mental bed? It's one or the other - I don't find much middle ground besides the monks these days.

It's a fascinating movie, and a very different take on "risk sports".
