A response of(as you are sketched and have just shivered out a "waaaaccchhh me"):
"Oh lordy, lord. Here comes Daisy Dukes in her shorts. Oh...she is sweet!"(or any variation thereof, which is an indication your belayer is not totally focused on you at the moment)

"Dude, you just did that crux without clipping the draw"
I had gotten so focused on the redpoint that I missed clipping the pre-hung draw at the crux. Probably would have been a nasty ankle smasher.

AaaaaaahhhhHhhh! My nipple!
Hold on a sec up there, I want to shift so I don't put too much weight on this anchor....
Wow, this rock is crumbly! I can probably yank these cams right out!
Dude, I just dropped our lunch (pitch 3 of a 13+ pitch day with a long walk-off).
My camelback has a leak in it! (pitch 3 again)
Bees! You know how to give me the EPI if we need to, right?
Five feet!!!! (as the rope tension skyrockets, you're 50 feet above last pro, and anchor is 15 feet up and left)

To my partner doing one of his first long leads on ice and getting close to topping out, run out over his last screw, and complaining he wasn't sure what to do...
"...would it help if I call you a sissy?"
it did.
