I can appreciate either a good defensive battle or offensive shootout.
This game is neither.

Seahawks made a pretty valiant effort at a comeback after not showing up for the first half. I'm not sure they have ever played so poorly on both sides of the ball. Probably Lynch's last game as a Hawk...

At Irvine (Anteaters) I hung out with Smallfire Hawk, but he was a man not a bird. Rumour is that he could become a bird, but I never asked him to show me.
Zot? I ain't sayin'.

Thanks Mouse for the Seahawk explanation, entirely correct. Too bad for my team, though.

That was a hell of a comeback effort. They get the onside kick and it's overtime.

While Ospreys are nice little hawks THIS is a sea eagle, Steller's to be precise.
He would have an Osprey for a snack.

Anybody interested in the games this weekend?
Broncos versus Cheatriots? Oucome depends on the sort of game we'll see; defensive struggle? Broncos win! Offensive free-for-all? Cheatriiots.
Cardinals versus Panthers? Panthers have an awesome offense, but have given up a lot of points on defense. Cardinals? Seem to be a very balanced team. Hard to pick in this one! I'm calling it a tossup.

Patriots will beat the Donkeys. Five weeks ago the Cards beat the Seahawks
in Seattle in an impressive manner. The Panthers barely beat them at home.
Cardinals are going to the Super Bowl.

For Denver, it depends which Peyton Manning shows up: the multi time MVP with great field savvy, or ol' noodle arm. Also depends on whether Belicheck can get someone to properly deflate the footballs...
;)
I suspect Reilly is correct, and the Cardinals will take the Panthers.

It also depends on how much HGH Peyton's wife gives him...
Pats have already won the social media war.
Broncos cornerback Chris Harris Jr. was asked this week how to tackle Gronk, and his answer centered around one glaring weak spot for the tight end. “You gotta hit him low, man — hit him in his knees,”
Gronks response: Heard their whole team is good at giving low blows 😜🏈
I like Peyton but some of the other Brocos are lame. Go after a guys knees who's had knee injuries? That's like saying we're going after Peyton's neck. Weak.
My predictions last week were on. Save the Hawks struggling.
I'm going with Pats and Panthers in the big game. But I wouldn't be surprised if Cards pull it out.

I'm trying to get over to La Jolla to see who Mitt is picking.
Mitt Romney's [NCAA] bracket ended up in the 99.9th percentile of the entire ESPN Tournament Challenge.
Romney shared his bracket with the Huffington Post on Sunday, and it is absolutely absurd. Here it is, in all its glory. To wit: Mitt correctly picked 23 round of 64 games, 10 round of 32 games, and six Sweet 16 games. After the Sweet 16, he picked every Elite Eight, Final Four and national championship game winner correctly.

The Peyton Manning HGH story has been thoroughly discredited by the source: Al Jazeera; the accuser has withdrawn the tale, and there was no evidence other than an accusation--probably as an attention getting device.
