Installing flooring is totally hosing my diet groove. Not only has it precluded any aerobic exercise, by the time I take a break to eat I'm too zonked to make something healthy. And I managed to tweak my tricep using a poorly improvised tool. A pox on flooring.

(1.6 pounds heavier than yesterday.)

I eat when I'm hungry.

I don't eat when I'm not hungry.

There is no breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Eat when hungry and stay hungry.

Leave 1/4 room in stomach for air with meal.

Don't eat meat .....

yeah i did the dont eat meat thing for about a decade. then i went to south east asia for a year and saw monks smoking cigs and gabbing on cell phones on a daily basis and well, you know.

but thats what got me back in the meat thing. i went fishing in alaska with my dad and brother. we brought home 300lbs of fish (100 lbs each). Mostly halibut and king salmon, with some ling cod and snapper.

we got delayed in ketchikan on the way home and sat down at a restaurant for dinner. Dad and bro start riding me hard saying i dont get my 3rd of the fish cause i dont eat meat.

it was a do or die situation. see those two lived in san diego close to each other while i stayed in the ghey area chasin the skirt thats now my wife.... my dad a successful business owner, my brother a VP at Qualcomm... they own boats together, season tickets together, you get the picture... im the black sheep, the mother fcker with long hair... the sob that quit his job to travel for a year...

well i wasnt about to let those fckers get the better of me, and i had a god damn heavy desire for some beef so i ordered me up a top sirloin rare and gobbled that sht down real quick like.

i then told em to go to hell and give me my 1/3 of the fish. which i got.

next day i had bacon and it was GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!

Sooze said I don't want to be head fatty organizer, but she's organizing.

Here's my deal. I pay 20 bucks to any one person if I don't lose 16.5 lbs by 2.14.08.

Dude Fish Finder,

If that story is true, it is way way funny. Thanks for the laugh.

I am curently sitting is a condo on 7 mile beech in Grand Cayman and have been eating and drinking tons and plan to continue. Friday morning I weighed in at 181, 2 pounds from the weigh in goal but my actual goal is 176 for a total of 13 not 10 pounds. 2 week weigh in may be interesting.

Last night....
Cuban ciggies and Cayman rum.
Champaigne and portabella mushrooms in oil and cheese
Muscles in garlic whatever
Mixed Seafood grill
1988 Cakebread Chard (way nice)
Lots of bread
Key Lime pie w/ Ice wine
and Lemoncello

Today Christa went running I opted for sitting then snorkeling and Conch fritters and beer, followed by some more beer, plus some sitting and well... more beer. Getting ready for dinner and more beer.

Cheers to all you fat asses. And good luck to all but Goat and Riley.

Sooze, agreed.

Sal, yeah goal focus. It was a padded weight. (no sh#t for a day or two, and taken at the end of the day for the weigh in, i.e. heavy...)

Weight this morning after hike up North Dome Gully yesterday was 210. (post morning pee)

Bowl of raisin bran. Slice of pizza. and Claim Jumper meal today, but only ate half of it. Probably back up a bit.

How's it going everybody?

I just pulled off a 'push style' carpentry job, working 43 hours out of 48 to get a retail space remodelled. Down 9 lbs since weigh in.

Nothing like a North Dome gully trip in winter, bet that worked too.

I often feel uncomfortable with the big swings up and down in weight. A healthier diet and exercise regime over the long term would make more sense. But the swings have been my reality for the past 6 years.
