First pitch of Right On - I was a bit wigged out finding my way past the bolt (w/ a bail biner) - 5.6 my ass (originally 5.5 my ass). Great climb though and physical and mental for the grade and good for my [new] lead head.
Makes me want to hold off on WOTWS for a while, though.

Todd, I have a Vogel guidebook from 1992 titled Joshua Tree Sport Climbing. Clearly there are a lot of newer sport routes now, but even in that book there are about 50 routes 5.9 to 10.b. Is that book out of print?

Out of Print and Totally Out of Date.
There are Hundreds and Hundreds of newer Sport Routes in Josh. Todd's guide to these should be a big hit -- when it comes out.
Classic Joshua Tree Routes and Bouldering has some sport climbs, but only a small sampling.
