Steve has seven ropes Survival. One long enough to fix three pitches. His description to me on Wednesday night of the next to the last pitch of Genesis sounded classic, up there in that magical gold rock high off the deck.
Look forward to an inspiring account of his adventure once he is back on the ground and has had a chance to recuperate a bit.
