I got an iPhone a few weeks ago - the iPhone GS 32G. I feel like I lived in the dark ages and now see the light.
so who's got one and what cool apps or tricks are you running?
the fact that it is completely and totally integrated into OSX makes this phone second to none.
Blackberry owners - LOL!
PS - AT&T does suck.

Quickoffice for viewing and editing MS Office files
Pandora for streaming music
Apple's free Remote app for controlling iTunes and such from your phone
The Google Mobile app is very cool -- voice search! -- as is Google Earth
Bloom is a cool ambient music generator co-written by Brian Eno
Camera Bag for emulating all kinds of different camera effects
iSSH for ssh connections
VNC for remote desktop stuff
Emergency Radio for listening to police/fire/EMS etc channels
FileMagnet for transferring stuff to and from your Mac
Tweetdeck if you're into the whole twitter thing
Doom Resurrection is a surprisingly good version of the shooter game
And, if you're an Idiocracy fan, by all means get Ow My Balls!
The 3GS is my first iPhone and I'm loving it, and so far no complaints with AT&T but there's still plenty of time for that.

I'm one generation behind you, but it's turned out to be better than I expected.
With the ATT service it works in the meadows where Verizon ( my daughter's service) just flat out, ain't good enough.
Myaltitude™ seems specious but works in a relative, if not exact sense.
iFitness may have some redeeming qualities
Tetris rocks, as always
tell us what works for you.

I recommend Mammut's 'Safety' app: http://appshopper.com/utilities/mammut-safety
It's a clinometer (for measuring the angle of a slope) and an altimeter. I mostly just use the altimeter part. It seems to work even in areas without cell reception, as long as it can see the sky (for GPS). It's free too.

how did you take the screen snap?
yeah, iTunes Remote rocks. I've got my central sound system hooked up to an AirPort Express so I control house music from anywhere. That's just plain badass.
iMapMyRun.
we need a SuperTopo app ;-)

I really like mine.
I don't see "documents to go" listed. lets you store files and PDF's on the phone.
you need a wireless router on your Pc to do the link though...
totally worthwhile, I have the whole Stonemaster Book on my phone. only problem you need a microscope to read it!
Cheers

ICE (all your emergency contacts and medical info for when you crash)
Grocery IQ (It's the grocery list, stupid!)
AccuWeather (The iPhone Weather app is lame)
Facebook (Watch out. You may defect from Supertopo)
Kettlebells (Because I want to be strong)
Feeds (Suscribe to your favorite news, blogs, etc.)
AroundMe (Unbelievable. Geolocates you and gives you just about everything around you by category.)
Seafood (Monterey Bay Aquarium's guide to guilty fish eating)
Units (Because I'm always converting kG to kN)
Dictionary (Use it all the time for definitions)
NPR Addict (Prevents driveway moments)
Surf Report (I like to know what's up at J-Bay, Rincon and Tavarua. Includes tides and surf cams. Now I just need to learn to surf.)
FlightTrack (So I can pretend I'm a buisnesman)
iPhlix (Netflix on the iPhone. I kind of use it like a grocery list.)
24/7 French 101 (Good for when I'm bored in the car. Break it down to 20 minute lessons.)
Remote (This is an Apple app to control Keynote presentations.)
Kindle (Syncs with where I am in my Kindle books. Unfortunately doesn't yet sync with the magazines and newspapers)
Art of War (Spiritual lessons?)
Google Earth (Why not?)
Postman (Can make a postcard from an iPhone picture and email or post to Facebook. Cool)
PrintnShare (Solves the problems of attachments, printing, file storage and all the other things that crackberry owners think are cool.)
Sunrise (Good for planning alpine starts)
ToDo (I'm too old to remember sh#t. Syncs with Remember the Milk and Google Tasks. Perfect.)
eWallet (I have way too many passwords, bank accounts, network security procedures etc to remember them all. eWallet keeps track of them. Bummer that eWallet doesn't have a desktop version for the Mac yet. They say they're working on it. Right...)
