So it's January, and the everlovin' Buggs rolls into town.
Hmmmm....Gotta go do somethin' with ourselves.
Since we love to suffer together, hiking and climbing seems the only sensible choice.
First we gotta get there.
Where are we going?

Well it's not the Flatirons. Maybe the backside of the Matterhorn at Disneyland. I'm not real sure. It has been a long time since I was there and things change. But it looks familiar. Or maybe that was just Buggs.

This character looks familiar too! Buggs asks if there are any more guesses.

Nice job Jeremy!
It was awesome. We took no guidebook, and had no idea where any routes went.
We didn't head for Sugarloaf, just busted up toward the Rabbit Ears, picked something and started climbing. The approaches are nothing to sniff at, and we had limited time/daylight, so we got about 600 ft up the formation before the cold and the engineered retreat told us it was time to go.
We found no evidence of climbers on the rib we were on at all.

We were a bit over halfway on the highest formation in this shot.
There is a sunlit nipple in front of the main summit with a very dark tip on it. That's where we were. We got to that point with 5.8c being the hardest.....

It was nippy in the shade, but Buggs flew in from -20 so he wasn't complaining!
