Looking for the cheapest way to total dirtbag luxury camping? I’m selling this sweet tent trailer that doesn’t take a lot of gas to pull but is a spacious palace when setup in the campground, and it has all the amenities. Stove, Refrigerator, propane heater on a thermostat, hot water heater, and more.

It’s an 1986 Starcraft Nova 24 from it’s top of the line Allstar series. Sounds old but it hasn’t been used for many years. Made solid. It has a few dings outside from being backed in and out of the barn it was stored in, but the counters, floors and the rest of the interior look immaculate. Practically looks new inside. Canvas doesn’t have any holes or tears and is not worn.

$1500 firm (unless it doesn’t sell for awhile) You’d have to pick it up on Wawona (inside Yosemite) although I could deliver it somewhere for a price if you didn’t have a hitch yet.

Peace

karl

Yup that's moosie

Dont know that the blue book covers such items but don't much care. It's pristine and I'm thinking it could easily fetch more if I tried.

Lynne may be looking for a cozy tent for the FaceLift. Bring it down to Yellow Pines, she could try it out, and there you go.

Weighs about 1725 lbs.
Don't have all the accessories so we can't properly figure weight or BlueBook Value.
You can get a price estimate here.

Note sure what a weight rating is.

Curb Weight is 1560

Hitch weight dry is 165

Hope that helps. It's advertised as easy to two but I think it's sturdy with a 4 inch steel frame and a one piece metal underfloor

That trailer looks brand new! Someone will get a nice rig.

I remember on summer our family did a vacation and borrowed a very similar pop-up trailer. Even still, we had a family of 10.... Mom and dad slept on one side. FIVE of us kids were on the other. My sister slept on the floor and my two brothers had a pup tent outside. I loved that "summer house."

That is most definitely Knott me. The real John Moosie weighs 185 pounds and is all chiseled muscle. That is a gross imposter. How the heck did I gain so much weight? I cut back to a case of twinkies a week from 2 cases. You would think I would lose weight. I think the picture of me has been photochopped.

I think some wall camper like PTPP should buy the thing. Its just like the dolt cart. It would make a great wall bivy. Totally styling.

Want to rent it out for a week around Labor Day?

Tilt the thing sideways, and it starts to look an awful lot like the Dolt Cart. That should give PTPP some ideas.

Sorry dude. I'd take it to Burning Man myself but I know the Playa eats everything alive! I was tempted though, even though I have a camper van as well.

Gross vehicle Weight Rating is 2500 lbs whatever that means, that's without moosie and Me in there.

The site linked above gives an average retail value of $1,270 if "The interior should have wear in relation to the age of the vehicle." I doesn't, looks like new.

Darn! Somebody make me look bad by bumping Conrad's "free car" thread.

Karl,
Just joking man. I would never rent my own stuff out to go to the playa. I figured the inquiry would be good for a chuckle though.

Of course Karl will rent it out for burning man. Its 1500 dollars for the week. One week minimum. He even has an easy return system. Just drop it off at your nearest dump on your way home.

shoot, for 1500 bucks somebody could find a place to store it near to their local crag and just drive out and pick it up for camping.

I notice lots of big motor-homes for sale now that gas is so expensive. I bet it would be possible to get a good deal on one, just not this good a deal (plus you'd have to pay the gas and a simple repair could cost $1500.
