Right on. Let's hope things go well and Bush & Cheney will finally pay for their crimes.

Any of you want to put money on it?
I'm saying Kucinich's effort won't impeach Bush, and I'll cover all bets.

You're probably right, Chaz. The democlucks are
too afraid of a lame-brained lame duck. But
when shrub bombs Iran, I just might take you
up on those bets.

I like the sentiment, anyway, can't imagine it will go anywhere.

No, this won't go anywhere, but so what? Good for him for trying to stimulate some discussion on this.

I agree that it will probably not get anywhere, which is a shame, but as Pope said of Hope: “Hope springs eternal in the human breast”. (Alexander Pope).
One can only hope.
However: “Hope is the worst of evils, for it prolongs the torments of man.” (Friedrich Nietzsche)
Chaz, WoodSt, and Up2Top, are you saying that Bush - and Cheney - do not deserve to be impeached for their deceit and lies?
If so, I’d bet you were all for a president being impeached for a BJ (and the little matter of lying before a grand jury, which I would have done the same if I was being pressed to reveal matters of a personal kind, especially considering the Repub/neo-con agenda behind the ‘Get Clinton’ gang).

The guy's a whack-job!
His policies are ludicrous. Somebody give 'em the hook and pull him off-stage.
He and Robert Bird, how can they still be congressmen?

Byrd's 2003 speach was 100% right. But the U.S. was so consumed by a lust for revenge that we didn't listen.

"His policies are ludicrous"
Care to elaborate?
"He and Robert Bird (sic), how can they still be congressmen?"
Most people call it "democracy", maybe you've heard of it?

Myabe he is--he's pretty damned old and I haven't heard him speak in awhile.
But he was dead right in 2003, when he told the country things we didn't want to hear.
