They're real people: Ty and Renee Ziegel. He was wounded in Iraq, they were married in October, in their home town of Metamora, Illinois.

The trouble is that our schools have failed teaching our young people that evil exists. History time and time again has demonstrated that man is capable of the most barbaric cruelty.
All these idiots I see with signs comparing Bush with Hitler on Friday afternoons need to read some history.
If that photo is real using it for political gain is disgusting.

You could have posted a picture like this from WWII etc. It is sad, but denotes nothing more than war is a terrible thing. There are wars that are necessary and wars that aren't. My comment above is not an evaluation of our present conflict in Iraq; history will make the final judgement on that.
