So anyways, after the most recent episode of the perpetual ST meltdown, everything with the Kiwi & his ginger butthole selfies, & now that it seems we are finally going to see This Just In banned too It got me thinking.
Right now we have a great opportunity to strike while the iron is hot & round up the rest of the major troublemakers on this site and turn them over to the proper authorities.
I know you guys are probably thinking of Mike M, Vitaliy, Le Bruce or maybe the silent menace known only anonymously as "Clint Cummins" should be next. I whole heartedly agree that these guys should all be dealt with accordingly, but first we have "bigger" problem to deal with.
Big Mike, who also goes by the alias Mike Cowper- or Cowp, has been spreading his vitriol around here for some time now as you are all aware & I think he has to be stopped.
He is directly causing a reduction in revenue for supertopo by clogging the front page with inspiring trip reports, silly stories that embrace the epitome of the human spirit, stupid climbing content, & worst of all his posts are ripe with empathy and compassion for fellow man. Add the fact that he is always out climbing and having fun all the time too, it should be a serious consideration the authorities need to take when deciding on the severity of repercussions.

When OT master debators are looking to troll & they have a hard time finding political threads because the front page is clogged up with all Mike's positive junk & climbing garbage they are forced to go elsewhere like fox.com or cnn.com to argue with people in the comments section of news articles for their fix, thus causing a direct loss in site visits which is not cool.

Can you believe this?!?!!! If I didn't know any better I'd say that he is trying to inspire people to get outside and follow their dreams?!?
Well if they are out doing that then how are they supposed to click on supertopo all day and help to generate ad revenue?!?
From a business perspective he is directly contributing to running this place into the ground.
I called the CIA Canadian division up here, but they said it's going to take a few hours for their dial up connection to warm up before they can look into the matter.
I was hoping in the meantime that anyone who has examples of the things I outlined above can add them all here so the proper authorities will have an easier time sifting through information before the inevitable man hunt.
Please help! We can make this place better!

Wow.... I can't help but think that communicating with people, rather than just wack a moling them might help avoid some of this angst in the first place.
You guys whacked wml, and he was one of the king content providers around here. You didn't even have to decency to answer his email!! After a while he just said fu(k it and made a new account...
Not talking to people has a way of pissing them off.. I don't agree with matt's actions but i understand why he's so pissed... Good luck with prosecution... Maybe next time... Write a few emails first....

I LOLd at the OP. I recently met the person in question and he is just like this in real life too. The guy is all stoked to climb and be in the hills and meets each day with a positive attitude. Sh#t this is turning into a Big Mike appreciation thread. Really hope we can get enough posse whackers to whack this guy off.
