-the vast majority of which have fuçk-all to do with American or Jewish "Infidels"?

Mel Gibson must have known he was full of shít––blaming the Jews for "all the wars".

WTF?

Religion Of Pieces is more like it...

Because they start them.

And feel it is allah's will to do so.

The average of one assasination per day of school teachers, Buhdist monks and other assorted infidels in southern Thailand attests to that.

Because they believe it is their moment in history to establish a world wide Caliphate where the Koran will rule and we'll all live happily under Sharia. It's going to get much worse; and, unfortunately, a lot more blood will have to flo before the usual ostriches pull their heads up and look around. I hope it won't be too late.

You right wingers on this site are so friggin' wacked. Just to humour you, we will disregard all the havoc and atrocities for which certain, ahem, North American governments/militaries are known...not to mention African governments/militaries, or German... or Israeli...

My life fades. The vision dims. All that remains are memories. I remember a time of chaos. Ruined dreams. This wasted land. But most of all, I remember The Road Warrior. The man we called "Max". To understand who he was, you have to go back to another time. When the world was powered by the black fuel. And the desert sprouted great cities of pipe and steel. Gone now, swept away. For reasons long forgotten, two mighty warrior tribes went to war and touched off a blaze which engulfed them all. Without fuel, they were nothing. They built a house of straw. The thundering machines sputtered and stopped. Their leaders talked and talked and talked. But nothing could stem the avalanche. Their world crumbled. The cities exploded. A whirlwind of looting, a firestorm of fear. Men began to feed on men. On the roads it was a white line nightmare. Only those mobile enough to scavenge, brutal enough to pillage would survive. The gangs took over the highways, ready to wage war for a tank of juice. And in this maelstrom of decay, ordinary men were battered and smashed. Men like Max. The warrior Max. In the roar of an engine, he lost everything. And became a shell of a man, a burnt out, desolate man, a man haunted by the demons of his past, a man who wandered out into the wasteland. And it was here, in this blighted place, that he learned to live again...

when you are backed into a corner sometimes the only way out is to lash out.

we need some full blown genocide if were gonna' solve this one w/ our typical juvenile behavior. start w/the women and children 1st. the elderly will die off on thier own, and the rest will fanaticize, declare themselves the enemy and then we'll have no reservations about slaughtering them wholesale like cattle.

we were at the laundromat the other day, of all things, getting the laundry done. I had my wife with me, and her sister who is on vacation with us from Bahrain. they are both (as is also the other oldest sister who wasn't present) extremely attractive young laddies, since i'm sitting a table away trying to eat a burrito and read a book in peace its no surprise guy starts talking to them from a table on the opposite side.

Guy: "so where are you from"
Shazia: "Bahrain, but i'm just here on vacation"
Guy: "So you two were talking in Arabic?"
Alia: "No, Urdu, we are Pakistani, she just lives in Bahrain"
Shazia: "but know Arabic as well..."
Guy: "cool, so your muslims right?"
Alia: "yup"
Guy: "no sh#t, why don't you just stay here, we really need more muslim girls like you around here!"

To answer the pointed questions above, I just want to make sure the pendulum swings back to the middle.

Um, may I ask if you ever travel outside of the US? Have you ever lived overseas? May I ask if you hold any academic degrees? Just trying to figure out who you are; the type of demographic, etc....

I imagine most people would agree that it would be as unfair to blame all muslims for wars as it would be to blame all atheists for the horrors of mao, pol pot and stalin.

From what I can see, the more success the radical Muslims have throughout the world, the more Muslims join up either directly or in sympathy.

Hootervillian, LOL

The majority of Muslims throughout the world tacitly approve of the behavior of their "holy warriors".

From what I can see, the more success the radical Muslims have throughout the world, the more Muslims join up either directly or in sympathy.

Frankly, I have to question the veracity of these two statements.

However, surely there may be some truth or reality to them, though how much is open to debate.

I would say that, in the eyes of the Islamic world, there are many Muslims who are being ‘brainwashed’ by the rhetoric of the radical imams and clerics, claiming that there is a Western Crusade against Islam. Is there? Secondly, the actions of the West, primarily military but also economic and political, strengthen that belief. You wipe out an innocent family or even a brother or sister, and you are going to have some might angry folks, with the anti-West fervor being whipped up by such actions.

Thirdly, the despots and dictators that the West support in the Middle East, Africa and Asia, must also cause a lot of Muslims to wonder about the West.

Can there be peace and democracy in the Islamic world? Not the way that the Koran is being taught in many places. Can that be changed? I don’t think by the barrel of a gun. Can there be moderates in Islam? With the proper encouragement, but not by blowing people up (on and from both sides).

Say WoodySt, how far can you see? That far!?!

If you look at my posts in the past, I think that is the first or one of very, very few times I used exclamation marks. Generally, if a statement or sentence is worded correctly, there are no need for exclamation marks.

Hey Blight,

If you asked what I thought about the prison abuses at Abu Graib and I expressed indifference, would you consider that a form of tacit approval?

Do you believe that we all approve of everything we don't actively speak out against?

This spirited resistance only shows that we have not done an adequate job of oppressing them. D'oh!
