Correction. It's what the insurance companies don't want you to know. The repubs don't take the time to know anything, they just keep cashin' their distributions.

What none of y'all seem to be aware of is that the US Treasury is still printing money as we
speak so everything will be funded when they catch up.

At the rate the TeaBaggin GOPers are firing up the "Torch and Pitchfork" mob we may get to see his complection change from that sick eerie orange to a more appealing burnt ochre.

What Philo posted...
I can attest that I contributed directly to the health insurance profits. I've been an independent contractor for many parts of my career and had to pay for my family's health care from 2000-2006.
In 2000, I paid about $6000/year for very good coverage.
In 2006, I paid about $16000/year for good coverage.
I am currently paying $1700/month ($20,400/year) for good coverage.
I can't wait to enroll in the health exchanges.

they dont, and teapublicans know they will lose votes from people with the above scenario... so they shut down the govt like a bunch of babies.

So--Ii just got my 'new' coverage and rates from Blue Shield. My premium is up $200 a month with really just terrible coverage. Much worse than I had before. Nice 'improvement'.

So I carry coverage for my family and separate coverage for me. I have a " pre existing" condition...injured years ago when buried in a large avalanche. My policy is underwritten by the state so I end up with great coverage for a reasonable rate. My family policy is also reasonable as we are still considered young and healthy.
As of Jan 1 both my policy and my family policy are CANCELED. So much for being able to keep your insurance if you want to. Speaking with brokers has led me to believe that the cost of my coverage will increase dramatically under Obamacare. So much so, it is likely I will not be able to afford coverage. Nice......

Obama care... In one long sentence how f'ed up our politicians are.
This is funny... and sad.
EDIT: Yo! lib fanatics, ignore the Romney poster. It's a good/funny listen.

Get some goddam insurance, Ron. Stop sucking off the social program teat, and take some personal responsibility.

well well
I see Ron is finally coming on over to our side
he is now lamenting that so many Americans do not have health insurance and just go to the
emergency rooms who then bill the government which Ron pays taxes into
I agree Ron, it is now day TWO of the ACA, how come everyone is not signed up yet!
this is an outrage I tell you!
I agree with Ron, this IS about taking personal responsibility instead of sucking off Ron

"I cant sign up even if i wanted and could afford to"
Bullsh#t, Ron. If I can afford it, you can afford it.
If/when you get hurt or ill, you are not going to be able to pay for all of the care that is provided to you. Guess who will get to pay for that? Yep, that would be us.
You know, your argument would hold just a little more credibility if you had personal responsibility to insure yourself, and make sure your problem doesn't become everybody else's problem.
