here we go again. i have five hard fought pitches fixed on this Grossman/Ladin route. my original partners and i had time constraints, so we switched to Lost world instead. but i want to return november 15-25 for the send. Thinking about a 3 or even 4 man team, with lots of bivies on el cap tower. i could really use some A3 leaders as there is plenty of hard pitches on this climb, but i would also consider a grunt...somebody to haul, belay, and lead the easy pitches.

anybody game? steve schneider

How about Coz's Nose, that boulder at the end of the long pullout where all the tourons walk in front of you to gaulk at the "other nose"

Did we meet at a Mexican place in Oakdale (and briefly talk about your attempt at the real Nose with Pete) a few weeks ago (after you got down from Lost World)? We must have since not many people climb those (?). *Another random encounter with STer*

Are you trying to free it? I think you can see part of it from somewhere above Camp 5.

I saw a really sweet knifeblade sized crack over there to the right 30 feet or so along with an old Leeper hanger once.

Might be in if you'll take a big wall newbie, and the 120 is closed so my other plans become unrealistic. I pretty much just need an excuse not to work that week.

I'm your huckleberry. Done A3, looking for a wall to do in next two months, have time off from work(just confirmed this morning), have winter and wall gear and experience.

Perhaps we could exchange a few emails if you are serious. Your resume looks like ????

I know, I'm gonna die. Best part is deep down I know I am in denial. Should be a winning combo.

Serious reply, or no need to set the hook, as I bit hook, line and sinker.

Burly Bob

I am currently working mega hours in a data unfriendly area, and no guidebooks with me, so I will reply as I can. Daily I would hope.

I do not know everyone, and reserve the right to check things thoroughly. Since the interwebs became mainstream, many a bada$$ has appeared. Not saying anyone is or isn't anything. Just hedge my bets, you know, cause,

I'm

At three to five minutes per page I did get some research done. I apologize for not recognizing who he is. Lots of egg on face, but I like eggs.

No resume needed, that's for sure. Just hope I can make the cut, as I would seem to be a been comparatively.

What say you sir?

Wife gave wall permission three weeks ago, so no loose ends or hangups.
