Not me, but my son Von. A few weeks ago he got Botox injections into his leg to loosen up his muscles so they could cast his leg and stretch out his muscles for his legs are very tight and not too flexible from his CP.....He has to do this a few times a year while he is growing to increase strength, motion, mobility, and flexiblity of his leg muscles on his left side....today he also got these really cool silver ring- like things to wear to straighten out his fingers and finger muscles on his left hand too......one appointment in Riverside, and one in Rancho Mirage....lots of driving today.....
These procedures are what is recommended instead of surgery;...surgery would straighten out his leg cosmetically, but he wouldn't be able to run or jump;.....not a good trade-off....

You have an incredible son!!! I will be out in Joshua Tree the weekend before Thanksgiving. I hope to hook up with you and introduce you and your family to my daugher Cassidy who can't wait to get in her harness and be suspended from a rock !!!! Thanks for sharing.

What an uplifting post! I hope Von gets to know how much his progress, his smile and his courageous attitude -- and your post of it -- bring me joy, even though the circumstances may seem less than joyful. Thanks, Todd and Von.

Your kids are the best! I loved the costume and the t shirt was way cool. Best of luck to him. Boxtox? Interesting...didn't know it had other uses.
