Walk around a college campus lately. It looks like a strip club. What are women thinking?
I believe that this country needs to develop more conservative attitudes about how we let women cloth themselves.
What do you think?

Don't worry Juanito - Dress code is the next item on the agenda after Roe vs. Wade gets repealled.
"Why do we let?
Perhaps you'd like to rephrase that.....

"Why do we let people decide for themselves what to think, how to act, who to sleep with, what to wear, etc...instad of following the age old trend of subservience to a religion based on domination and control?"
Oh yeah, nice troll....

In hindsight, being up here in PDX, I really can't visualize the problem, perhaps some photos would better illustrate your point.

4" of fresh snow since 5am in North Idaho, 24 degrees, a little skin showing might result in some frostbite.
HealyJ, has it been blowing at Sauvies this past week? Just wondering if the NE winds draining thru the purcell trench from interior bc reach and effect the western gorge..

Why do women want to be viewed as sex objects? In many parts of the world I think societies have better ideas about how women should dress and in general behave.

Blowboarder, if the sun is out you can count on it blowing somewhere between 30-50 knot East winds through the Gorge this time of year. Not as familiar with Sauvie's but there would still be a brisk E-NE wind blowing there as well.

"why do women want to be viewed as sexual objects"
ok, hypothetically here, let's say you live and work in a society that discounts everything about you from the the start due to your sex. you make less money, you're denied jobs because you're not part of the "old boys club", and people assume you'll skip out on work for about 10 years starting in your late 20's to raise a family.
you have legal options, and i'm sure the old boys club will welcome you right in after you've sued them for 2 mil and the right to work there, right?
or
you could use the ONE asset you've got every morning, as soon as you wake up, that none of those "old boys" have got. demeaning? sure, but if you know how to use it, it's worth more than most of there contacts and advanced education combined
as long as the playing field is uneven, i say go for it, exploit those repressed buffoons for all their worth
besides, i like scantily clad women

Look Men, all I am saying is that many of societies ills would be solved if women stop dressing the way they do. Let's face it, out society is ruled by sex. Its everywhere.
It's the biggest distraction we have. Its not lack of oil that will destroy us, its the destruction of our morals. Parents, husbands, and boyfriends really need to start controlling how their women dress.
Look how productive as a country we were in the 1950's. It was not until the 60's hippie types with the rampant drug abuse that things started to go down hill.
I am not joking about this, I think it a serious problem.

Juan, Do some LSD with a hot college babe and reflect on life in the post-modern world...it'll give you plenty of perspective.

Do women like men staring at them, is that the reponse they are looking for?
I see many women on campus from Turkey that are wearing headscarfs and they seem very attractive, but they are not distracting.
