Just picked up this little calico girl today - she was born around February 23rd. Very sweet, but unafraid. I wish we could cute it down a few notches for you, but ah, well:
We are currently getting an earful from the adult male, who just discovered the kitten.

They always name themselves.
We named our adopted kitten Ocho. But he just sort of became Bibby over time.

Eureka!
Kit Kat.
How about Didda?
She was historically a very beautiful ruler/queen of Kashmir that had a great influence upon history. Since your cat will rule the house and influence you both... Didda might be a good name. :)

Naming is serious business. Here is the procedure:
1. Go to http://www.kittennames.com and read all of the names. Make a list of the ones that work.
2. Show the list to everyone in the household and vote on the best name.
3. Ask the cat which name it like's best. If the cat has any intelligence, it will let you know in some way.

Thanks for the link and ideas!
We were calling her Squeaky on the trip home, but it made us think of Squeaky Fromme and Charlie, etc.
Now she's being Punky - we kind of like that one. She's fearless.

People don't pick cats - it's the cat that picks the human.
Similarly, cats ultimately name themselves.
I vote for "Barfly" for your kitty. Her true name will evolve.
The cats in pic below are "Snowball" (originally named "Gomez") in the foreground, and "Barfbucket" (originally named "Giselle").

Okay, maybe not but it was the only name I could think of that was oddball and incorporated the concept of "three" for a cat with three colors.
The Wikipedia page for "Calico Cat" has some interesting alternative words that could be used as names.
Or is that just a dirt spot and she's not really a calico?

[edit to add]
Our grey cat in named Dorian. A Cliché name is sometimes the best name for a cat.
