They are well used but have been resoled recently and have very little wear since then. The uppers are in good (not great) shape except for at the back there is some separation of the seam in the leather at the achilles tendon area, and the lining is a bit separated/torn at the back as well. But overall they are in good shape and should last quite a while longer. The leather could probably be re-sewn in the back pretty easily, and the lining isn't really a big deal (the lining throughout most of the shoe is perfectly intact).
The leather is in fairly good shape, as is the rand and the laces. I can post or send pictures if anyone is interested. I bought them about 10 years ago but only used them for a few walls and the occasional offwidth.
Located in Berkeley area, will ship if you pay postage. I'd keep them but I just got a pair of TC Pros and the Kaukulators were always a bit too narrow for my feet.

You might just email this to Scuffy, though he will see it tomorrow morning if bumped.

I will try to post photos later today...stay tuned!
I think the resole was with C4 but I don't remember for sure. I think it was done by the Rubber Room, and they did an excellent job.

Well I seem late to the party but will toss this out there anyway... I have been trying to locate a size 43 or 42 Kaukulator for a couple years now to no avail. If Minerals doesn't get them, I would love a chance to.

Hope everything goes well and easily.
This is not my niche.
I like to find Kaukulators in the hands of people who don't appreciate
them, or don't know what they have, and then get them into the hands
of people who need them.
By the time it gets onto Supertopo, everything is already going as it
should.

Here are a few more pictures that show the split seam in the back and where the lining is having "issues". Like I posted earlier, they are not in perfect condition by any means, but I think they are still quite useable for someone who really likes this model shoe.
The lining is discolored because they got wet once on the nose...the blue dye bled into the lining. So it's not mold or anything, just dye...
I'll take the best offer...not sure what they are worth...

Hmmm… Are they still stiff, or are the midsoles broken-in and way soft, like my 42s?
Only one resole (1/2 sole), correct?

They have only had one resole, and it was a 1/2 sole.
They are broken in but still feel pretty stiff to me. They definitely edge well, not sloppy at all.

Never ask to have a pair of Kauks completely resoled as they will destroy the heel bulb with doing a straight sheet wrap around it loping a full size of the shoe.

Barry is a guy who does amazing resole work, out of Auburn CA if I remember right. or somewhere near there. Barry's Resoles. I've had some shoes done by him and his work is top notch.

So no offers yet...anyone want the kaukulators?
or should I just throw them in the gym bag and use them for laps on the handcrack at Ironworks?

First $35 takes them. Cheaper than getting your old shoes resoled...
if no offers I'll just use them in the gym.
