Enduro Freeride? Leggy XC rig? Featherweight trail bike?
I don't know, but I do know this, when you have a 6 inch travel Push-tuned bike that weighs 25.32 lbs...you got yourself a rocketship.

Intense Tracer VP, 150mm travel, 1.5 heattube.

150mm Fox float (3.8 lbs) tuned by Push Industries. I9 wheelset, Marta SLs.

XO shifters and der, Cane Creek 110 headset.

New 15mm front axle standard. Stiff!

Ti spindle, machined in Bozeman MT

I9 wheel, xtr cassette and chain, Marta SL brake, XO der

Hand-welded in Southern CA.

Syncros are bros in BC. Their stuff lasts.

I'm taking this bike to England/Europe in two weeks! So Psyched.

Euroford! Where you at!?

This might help you better understand the concept and nature behind the frame.

26 4 life, dawg. The only way I'd ever roll a 29er if it was a rigid singlespeed. That's where the advantages make the most sense to me. I love singlespeeds, and have ridden a custom 26 inch Spot (from before they moved from BC to colorado) rigid almost exclusively for about 4 years now, and it is a beautiful thing, having hardtails as nice as ours! I've always coveted an IF. In british racing green, of course!
Any pics? C'mon.

Looks nice for old technology ;-) Can't imagine ever going back to dinky 26" wheels. Okay for little people I guess.

I like the un-painted finish. Nothing to chip, and when it gets beat up, you can have it looking like new with steel wool.

Not to get too weight-weenieish, but, raw finish saves half a pound! And I prefer it.
I've ridden 29ers. Just seems like a solution to a problem I don't have. Never been beaten in an ultramarathon race by someone on a niner....sure have passed a hell of a lot of them on my 26 inch rigid singlespeed though. And I race norba men's expert 19-29, which isn't that slow of a group of people.

I wanna see some bike pics!

edit: don't mean to sound like a dick ain't no flatlander. I'm a racer. Naturally competitive I guess.

what's the big deal? I had an out-of-the-box stumpjumper hardtail circa 2004 that was something like 19 pounds... it climbed like a billy goat and bombed better than you would believe

Here is a picture of my GF 29er hard tail. I am an old fat, totally pacemaker powered rider so I need LIGHT. Very nice bike well suited for the flowing singletrack I like to ride. Believe it or not Indiana has awesome Mtb. trails. I had been riding a Giant FS Reign III - 6 inch travel front and back. It sure could take a beating and I wrecked it several times. It would just keep on truckin. Sold it when I bought the GF. Come ride Indiana sometime. Check us out at HMBA.org

This will be the first time I've ridden flats since I was a privateer, semi-pro DH racer in college. I've been on crank brothers eggbeaters and candys since they came out. I'll still pop them on for xc rides, but I'm going to session this thing on some light freeride.
